Terms of service

MatchPoint provides AI-generated application documents: a tailored résumé, cover letter, interview preparation and related content ("the kit"), based on the job posting and information you supply.

• Your content. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share. You own the documents generated for you.
• Review before you send. AI output can contain mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing and editing your kit before using it.
• No guarantees of outcome. MatchPoint improves how your experience is presented. It can't guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring decision.
• Purchases. Each $19 purchase unlocks one kit with up to 3 generations. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Fair use. Don't use MatchPoint to create misleading or fraudulent documents, or to abuse the service.

Privacy policy

We collect only what's needed to deliver your kit:

• Your name and email, to identify your purchase and to contact you about it.
• The job posting and experience you paste in, which are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your documents.
• Your generated kit, which is stored in your own browser so you can come back to it on the same device.
• Payment details, which are handled entirely by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.

We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact form below.

Refund policy

If your kit doesn't help, contact us within 7 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
